Thermal insulation and warmth

Sleep on the aluminized side, facing the sleeping bag with the foam side on the ground to minimize losses of body heat.
R-Value 1.3 (measured by EMPA, an independent laboratory).
The R-Value is a measure of the thermal performance and insulation. The higher the R-Value, the more your mattress will insulate you from the ground.
An R-Value of 5.9 is equivalent to a minimum temperature rating of about -11°F. 0.7 is equivalent to a temperature rating of +52°F.

All our mattresses are subjected to mechanical tests on their performance and durability to guarantee the best possible quality of sleep and recovery. Do not machine-wash the mattress. Wipe with a damp sponge when needed. To dry, stretch out in a dry and well-ventilated place without exposure to the sun or nearness to a heat source.
