TECHNICAL TESTS

We complete laboratory tests to certify components: fabrics, buckles, straps, foam, zippers… for example, for a fabric: resistance to scratches, tears, colorfastness when exposed to UV rays, during washing, waterproofing… Subsequently, a test is performed on the end product that accelerates the impact experienced by the bag over the years, to manage the resistance of assemblies: The backpack is filled with weights and placed on a mannequin that replicates thousands of fast walking movements

How is bag volume measured?

The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: We use small balls to fill the main compartment as well as each pocket. We then empty the balls into a graduated container, which provides the equivalent volume in liters.
