Isn’t my cap UV proof?

Don’t worry, the fabric used for this cap blocks UVs with a UPF over 50 (therefore offering excellent protection). Of course this isn’t the case for the side panels, which are perforated, so we cannot claim that the cap is fully UV proof.

Why do we say that polyamide is more resistant?

Polyamide offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance. Furthermore, this synthetic fiber is not susceptible to microorganisms or mold.

How do you measure a fabric’s quick dry capacity?

The product is machine washed 3 times, then line dried, then we immerse it in water and measure how long it takes to get back to its pre-wash weight.
This cap scored an impressive 5 out of 5 stars, returning to its pre-washed weight under 80 minutes after immersion!
