Our hiking designers have designed this softshell jacket to protect your child when hiking, even during sustained efforts.

Water-repellent properties:

The practical features are obtained by applying a hydrophobic treatment to the fabric’s surface. This prevents water from sticking to the fabric’s surface, so that it “slides off” without being absorbed. This keeps the garment light, breathable and warm.
This treatment can be repeated during the product’s lifetime to restore its effectiveness. Preferably use sprays that can be applied to the outer surface rather than additives that go in the washing, which can damage the product’s breathability.

Windproof:

Protection from the wind, when moving or stationary, is very important because of its powerful cooling effect on the body.According to the “wind chill” model that measures the perceived temperature due to the wind and cold: when the air temperature is 41°F and the wind speed is 19 mph, the perceived temperature will be 32°F. If the air temperature is 32°F and the wind speed is 19 mph, the perceived temperature will be 21°F. The materials used in our products help to reduce this wind chill effect

Tests

Materials used in children’s clothing: colorfastness is tested to make sure the dye doesn’t bleed in contact with saliva. Furthermore, the use of products deemed toxic is strictly prohibited according to stringent specifications.
