Sizing information and cut

Flexibility

Your windproof jacket can transform into a windproof gilet. No need to change when you accelerate and/ or when the temperature goes up. Simply open the zipper of the sleeve, take your arm out and fold the sleeve into the pocket under the arm: your jacket has now become a vest!

Thermal comfort and Windproof

The wind considerably increases the chill factor! When the outside temperature is 32°F and the wind blows at 12.4 mph, the perceived temperature will be 14°F. The “windbreak” components cancel out this freezing effect. They form a windproof barrier and efficiently reduce heat loss.

Water repellent component (different from waterproof)

A fabric is water repellent when it allows water slide over its surface without seeping in. This prevents the fabric from swelling, and keeps it lightweight, breathable and warm. The water repellent property is achieved by treating the fabric’s exterior. This treatment must be renewed throughout the garment’s lifetime (recommended after every three washes). All Quechua waterproof jackets have received water-repellent treatment.
