Insulation provided by the air trapped inside

The fleece component is designed to trap air thanks to the space created by its texture; this air acts as a natural insulator, keeping the body warm. The brushing of the knit fabric is what traps the air.

Durability of the components

Abrasion and friction-resistance test: for example, we verify that the fleece does not pill using tests conducted in a laboratory. Colorfastness test: the colorfastness is verified to ensure that the colors do not bleed when in contact with saliva. Aging test: repeated washing must not alter the fabric’s original properties, including its shape, thickness or appearance.

Reduced environmental impact

Did you know that a plastic bottle takes 100 to 1000 years to biodegrade? We developed a fleece knit made of recycled polyester. It comes from the recycling of industrial waste and plastic bottles (recycled polyester made from 65% bottles and 35% recycled yarn).

Breathability : Polyester knit: lets the water vapor generated by the body pass through(RET=6.3)

Lightweight : Weighs 4.3oz in size 5-6years and is compressible for easy storage in a backpack

Easy to maintain : Machine wash at 86°F. Quick drying. No ironing needed (wrinkle-free).
