Tips to optimize the performance of your lunch box

To preserve freshness for a longer time, you can add ice packs sold in stores to each of the compartments. You can also put the entire lunch box and food items in the fridge before your hike.
The fuller the lunchbox, the cooler it stays.
Caution: this product does not keep food warm. If this is the case, it’s better to take an insulated food box.
