Sun protection

The best protection against the sun is the fabric: go for long sleeves, pants, and a hat with a wide brim. Warning: simply wearing a T-shirt does not provide adequate protection: the thickness of the fabric, the density of the knit, and even the color will affect the percentage of UV rays that are filtered. The UPF 40+/50+ label guarantees compliance with European Standards. UPF 40+ means that 97.5% of rays are blocked, 50+ means that 98% of rays are blocked.

Durability of the components

Abrasion and friction resistance test: for example, we check that the fleeces do not pill using tests conducted in the laboratory. Colorfastness test: we check colorfastness to ensure that colors do not bleed when coming into contact with saliva. Aging test: repeated washing must not alter the fabric’s original properties, including its shape, thickness, or appearance.
