FLEECE COMPONENT: INSULATE WITH AIR

The fleece component is designed to trap air thanks to the volume created by its texture; this air acts as a natural insulator, keeping the body warm. The brushed knit fabric is what traps the air.

Component water resistance

A fabric’s water-repellent property is its capacity to make water run off its surface without seeping in. This prevents the fabric from swelling and keeps it lightweight, breathable and warm. A fabric becomes water-repellent by applying a treatment to its outer surface. This treatment must be renewed throughout the garment’s lifetime (recommended after every wash). Products are available for this purpose in our stores.
